When in use, try to keep the continuous operating time under 10 hours per day. Ensure that the cooling water remains clean and that the water pump operates normally. Never allow the water-cooled spindle motor to run dry. Replace the cooling water regularly to prevent overheating. In winter, if the ambient temperature is too low, replace the water in the tank with antifreeze.
After each use of the machine, clean it thoroughly, ensuring that all dust is removed from the platform and transmission system. Lubricate and oil the transmission system (X-, Y-, and Z-axes) regularly—once per week.
Please note the following:
- Maintain the X-, Y-, and Z-axis linear guide rods with engine oil.
- Apply high-speed grease to the lead screws.
- In winter, if the ambient operating temperature is too low, first clean the PRTT ball screws and guide rods (square or round rails) with gasoline, then apply engine oil. Failure to do so may cause excessive resistance in the transmission system, leading to machine misalignment.
- When performing maintenance or inspection on electrical components, always disconnect the power supply. Only proceed after confirming that the monitor display is off and the main circuit power indicator light is extinguished.
