How to Maintain a Panel Saw

I. Guide Rail Lubrication: Clean the machine after work every day and blow off all dust. Regularly check the oil level in the oil canister and add oil promptly when the level is low.

II. Spindle Maintenance: The spindle nut caps cannot be interchanged. Each cap should be placed on its corresponding spindle.

III. Tool Installation Cleaning: Clean the dust inside the nut each time a tool is installed. When tightening the nut, ensure it is aligned with the threads to prevent cross-threading and damage to the spindle.

IV. Regular Cleaning of Spindle Plug.

V. Electrical Box Cleaning: Regularly clean the frequency converter, driver, and power supply unit inside the electrical box to prevent excessive dust from causing overheating of components. (When blowing dust, ensure the air from the blower contains no moisture, as moisture can cause circuit short circuits.)
