The Spring Festival holiday has ended, and everyone has returned to their respective work positions. Hefei Jindiao CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. officially resumed work on the tenth day of the first lunar month (February 14th). The company is filled with a harmonious atmosphere! To help everyone better and more conveniently arrange their work for the new year after the holiday, Hefei Jindiao CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. would like to remind you not to forget the post-holiday startup precautions:
1. Before starting the equipment, check if the workshop power and air sources are normal and properly connected, and re-drain the moisture from the air source.
2. Check and clean debris on the machine.
3. Check if the air filter of the three-in-one air source treatment unit on the machine has drained water, and if there is still oil in the oil mist lubricator, and handle it promptly.
4. Check if there are animals such as mice that have chewed through wires inside the electrical box.
5. Clean the lithium-based lubricating grease on the guide rails, lead screws, and racks.
6. Strictly follow the normal operating procedures to start and use the equipment.
7. After completing the above steps, run the machine idle for about 10 minutes to preheat and break it in, and check if there are any abnormal noises during the operation of each component.
