Machine Cabinet: Turn off the power supply of the distribution box. Use a vacuum cleaner (note: household vacuum cleaner) to clean the dust inside the distribution cabinet (note: do not blow directly with an air gun, as it will raise dust and cause poor contact with electronic components). After cleaning, place desiccant inside the machine cabinet.

Machine Body: Use an air gun to clean dust and impurities from the lead screw, rack, and guide rails of the machine tool. Then, use a brush to apply lubricating oil (use machine tool guide rail oil ISO VG-32~68 mechanical oil; grease is prohibited) on the rack and guide rails to ensure that each axis's guide rail and rack are oiled (open the oil injector on the machine to add engine oil to each lubrication block). Drain the water from the oil-water separator at the back of the machine bed.

Drill Unit: Clean surface impurities with an air gun. Add lubricating grease to the oil nozzle of the gear box.

Spindle and Tool Holder: Remove the tool holder from the spindle. Wipe the spindle taper hole clean with a clean cloth. To check if the Latin (tool holder) is loose, first loosen the nut, then clean impurities on the spring chuck and nut with an air gun. Wipe them clean with a clean cloth, then apply a small amount of oil to the tool holder, nut, and taper face.

Vacuum Pump: For users of the 'Warrior Equipment' turbine pump, clean the dust from the filter element inside the vacuum pump before the holiday. For water pump users, drain and clean the scale deposits in the water tank to keep it dry and free of water.

Vacuum Cleaner: Clean dust and impurities from the suction port and remove wood chips from the bag.

Covering the Equipment: After maintaining the equipment, if conditions permit, cover it with an equipment packing bag (machine cover) to prevent dust accumulation.

Pre-departure Notes: Before leaving the factory, customers should turn off the main power switch and main air inlet switch for all electrical equipment to avoid unnecessary troubles or safety hazards during the holiday when no one is managing them.

Note: When starting work after the holiday, first run an NC program to lift the tool high and operate for about 5 minutes to allow the machine to have a break-in period. Do not start working immediately after turning on the machine.
