Abnormal reset, with the following possible causes:

1. Check if the driver is dusty, has poor contact, or is damaged (clean dust from the sensor with a rubber eraser or replace the sensor).

2. Check if the flexible data cable is poorly contacted or damaged (reseat the center of the data cable or replace the data cable).

3. Check if the ground contact is reliable or if high voltage is damaged (phase loss can cause the machine to be immobile).

4. Poor motor electrical base.

5. Check if the control system is normal; sometimes computer viruses can prevent the machine from resetting.

Spindle motor overheating

1. Dirty spindle circulation water, not replaced for a long time, causing pipe blockage. Disconnect the two water pipes of the spindle, cross-test to check for blockage.

2. Spindle blockage, generally due to long-term water flow causing rust in internal circulation pipes. Remove the spindle, blow air into both water pipe ports with an air gun. If it clears, inject dedicated spindle cleaning fluid to clean it.

3. Pump issues. Repair or replace.

Abnormal noise

1. Abnormal noise during spindle motor operation. This indicates quality issues with the spindle bearing, end-of-life, degradation after wear, or damage. Consider replacement.

2. Abnormal noise during axial movement. Common in the X-axis. Usually due to damaged axial motor bearings, insufficient, dirty, or overly tight X-axis linear guides, worn or fallen balls. Must be addressed promptly.

Laser Engraving Machine Misalignment and Solutions:

1. Check if the laser engraving machine beam is parallel (readjust left and right belts).

2. Check if belts or synchronous pulleys are slipping or skipping teeth (tighten synchronous pulleys or belts).

3. Check if engraving software parameters are set correctly.

4. Check if edited files are correct.

5. Check if the selected target exceeds the page size.

6. If the computer system has errors, reinstall the operating system and software.

7. Check if left and right belt tensions are consistent or if the rear belt is too loose.

Engraving Machine Maintenance

1. Place the machine in a dry, well-ventilated area (avoid direct sunlight).

2. Equip the machine with a reliable voltage stabilizer and ensure safe grounding.

3. Avoid using internet-connected computers to output files to the engraving machine.

4. Maintain the machine once a month (add appropriate lubricant to the lead screw).

5. Place the control box in a well-ventilated area, not in a high-temperature environment.

6. Periodically check if the engraving machine wiring is loose.

7. Do not place杂物 (magnetic materials, overweight items, liquids) on the engraving machine table or head.

8. Avoid prolonged operation in the same corner of the engraving machine table to prevent inadequate lubrication of lead screws and guides.

9. Maintain good lubrication. Regularly inspect, clean the lead screw, add or replace lubricants/oils to keep all moving parts well-lubricated.

Z-axis fails to lift the tool; pressing up moves down instead.

Solutions:

1. Check if the Z-axis motor operates normally, and the power and driver current settings.

2. Check for poor contact or breaks in the Z-axis motor wire.

Spindle motor not rotating or rotating in reverse.

Solutions:

1. Check the inverter parameter settings.

2. Check if the inverter signal lines are reversed; swap any two of the three motor wires connected to the inverter.

3. Check if the connection between the inverter and control box is secure.

4. If the motor does not rotate with proper inverter wiring, the motor is faulty.

Z-axis tool drop

Solutions:

1. Insufficient Z-axis motor power, loose coupling.

2. Too small Z-axis driver current or incorrect signal wiring.

3. Check if the Z-axis motor wire is properly plugged in.

Engraving machine single axis or three axes not moving or moving abnormally

1. Loose or faulty control card.

2. Faulty driver for the corresponding axis.

3. Faulty stepper motor for the corresponding axis.

4. Broken or loose coupling for the corresponding axis.

5. Broken lead screw or faulty lead screw nut for the corresponding axis.

6. Faulty slide block for the corresponding axis.

7. Mismatched driver microstep, current settings with software settings.
