Reminder: Equipment maintenance is very important during the Spring Festival holiday

The upcoming Spring Festival means that our Spring Festival holiday is also about to begin, and we will also welcome the annual equipment maintenance time. Doing a good job in equipment maintenance will help us fight smoothly in the new year. Pre holiday machine maintenance:

After the device is stopped, the power is cut off and the overall dust, sawdust, and other debris on the machine are cleaned up. Including chassis, rack, guide rail, spindle, tool magazine, machine tool drag chain, etc., with emphasis on the following:

One Electrical box section

Use a vacuum cleaner or air gun to clean the dust inside the electrical box (note: be sure to cut off the power and wait for the frequency converter to no longer display and the main circuit power indicator light to turn off before proceeding. If using an air gun, be sure to discharge the moisture in the trachea first); Check the electrical components, inspect and tighten the fastening status of the wiring terminals, clean them thoroughly, and place desiccants inside the chassis.

II Mechanical transmission part

After cleaning the dust and impurities on the machine tool lead screw, rack, and guide rail, use a brush to apply lubricating oil to the rack and guide rail (using machine tool guide rail oil ISO VG-32-68 mechanical oil, butter is prohibited), and ensure that all axis guide rail racks have oil. Manually press the oil pot oil injection button to allow lubricating oil to enter each slider.

III Main shaft and drilling section

1. Drilling: Clean the surface impurities, then inject 5cc of lubricating oil (Krupp nb52) from the oil filling port, and run empty for 5 minutes after adding.

2. The spindle and tool holder on the spindle should be removed, and the spindle taper hole should be wiped clean with a clean cloth. The tool holder should be checked for looseness, and the air gun should be used to clean the impurities on the tool holder and tool cap. A clean cloth dipped in a little oil should be used to wipe the tool holder and tool cap.

4 Tool section

The cutting tools need to be removed, cleaned, rust proofed, dipped in a small amount of oil and wiped on the knives, and properly organized and placed.

Five Attachment section

1. Vacuum pump: For water-cooled vacuum pumps, users should drain the water from the vacuum pump and clean the sediment inside the water tank with clean water. For air-cooled vacuum pumps, the filter element should be cleaned thoroughly.

2. Vacuum cleaner: Clean the dust and impurities from the suction port, and remove the sawdust from the cloth bag.

3. Oil water separator: Drain the water from the oil water separator inside the bed.

The equipment should be well maintained. If possible, a plastic bag (machine cover) can be used to cover it up to prevent dust from falling. Before leaving the factory, customers should ensure that all electrical equipment's main power switches are turned off to avoid unnecessary trouble caused by lack of management during holidays.

Post holiday startup precautions:

1. Check if the workshop power and air sources are normal, and re discharge the moisture in the air sources;

2. Check and clean the debris on the machine

3. Check if the cables inside the electrical box are damaged

4. Clean the lithium based grease on the track, screw, and rack

5. Do not start working immediately after turning on the machine. First, use an NC program to raise the knife a little distance and let it run idle for about 10 minutes, allowing the machine to have a break in phase.
