The main components of the water circulation vacuum adsorption pump are as follows:
1. Suction port: Connect to the adsorption pipe of the woodworking engraving machine. 2. Dust collection hood: Prevents wood chips and other debris from entering the pump. 3. Check valve: When the machine stops, it prevents the water in the pump from flowing back into the equipment. 4. Inlet pipe: Inject working fluid into the pump to create a vacuum in the equipment. 5. Inlet valve: Controls the flow rate of the working fluid. Before starting the machine, the valve must be fully opened and it must be ensured that water has entered the pump before starting the vacuum pump. 6. Drain port: After about 10 days of equipment use, drain the working fluid in the water tank and replace it with clean softened water. 7. Exhaust port: The gas generated during the adsorption process is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust port. The exhaust port must not be blocked, and it should not be connected to a pipeline longer than two meters or a pipeline with a diameter less than 5CM; otherwise, it is very likely to cause overload and damage the motor. 8. Upper water level port: Add water to the water tank until water flows out of the upper water level port. Also, add water at regular intervals before starting the vacuum pump every day to ensure that there is sufficient working fluid in the water tank. 9. Water tank: For holding working fluid. So, what issues should we pay attention to before the water is recycled? Special reminder: Every time the vacuum pump is turned on, it is necessary to ensure that there is working fluid inside the vacuum pump! And the working liquid level must reach above the motor wheel shaft! The suction port is connected to the adsorption pipeline of the engraving machine and strictly sealed to prevent leakage. Two: When starting for the first time, use a screwdriver to move the motor fan to ensure that the impeller is not stuck. Three: Connect the power supply of the motor and adjust the rotation direction to be consistent with the marked one. Four: Fill the water tank with water until water flows from the upper water level outlet. Five: Open the valve for filling water into the pump and wait for three minutes to ensure that the working fluid flows into the pump. Six: Start the motor, the vacuum pump begins to work, and the adsorption table surface produces an adsorption effect. Test the adsorption strength. Seven: Install a motor overload protector to prevent the motor from being overloaded and burned out !!!! Common problems and solutions of Water circulation vacuum pumps (Special Attention)
